These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sheets Portal (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at bahaeddin.feriani@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Google Workspace Access
The Service requires OAuth access to Google Sheets and Google Drive scoped to data created by Sheets Portal. By authorising this access, you confirm you have the right to grant it. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account; doing so will prevent the Service from functioning.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Google LLC. Google Sheets and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Store or transmit data you do not have the right to use
- Create portals for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s data
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through client portals
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent
5. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all data you and your clients submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. Data written to your Google Sheets and Drive is governed by Google’s terms, not ours.
6. Client Portals
You are responsible for the portals you create and the clients you invite. You must obtain any consents required to process your clients’ data through the Service and inform them their submissions will be stored in your Google Sheets and Drive. We are a data processor acting on your instructions; you are the data controller for your clients’ data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, software, and documentation are owned by Sheets Portal and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by Google API outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you paid nothing.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice. Data written to your Google Sheets and Drive remains yours after termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction depending on your location.
